FIASA – Respect for Environment

We actively protect the environment by means of:

• Permanent controls of our industrial processes
• Low consumption furnace technology
• Heat exchangers
• Closed cooling water circuit
• Water waste treatment

The casting process uses secondary aluminum and hence forms part of the closed aluminum raw material recycling loop. The secondary alloys come from scrap aluminum and are converted into new products by the casting process.

The aluminum scraps which are formed during casting and machining processes are also reused.
