FIASA – Simultaneous Development

We support our customers on site during the product development phase in order to facilitate fast solutions. We present counterproposals in the event of undercuts and geometries which are unsuitable for the casting process. The technical support that we provide, when it comes to automating the insertion of metallic inserts process is, indeed, valuable.

We work with the same 3D software systems used by our customers:

• Catia
• SiemensNX
• CreoParametric

We supply test prototypes throughout all development phases. Lead-time: 1-8 weeks. They are performed by means of the following processes:

• 3D Printing
• Sand Casting
• Die Casting

Our fully-equipped testing laboratory enables us to validate functional specifications.
