FIASA – Finite Element Analysis

We use FEA in the product development phase in order to support our customers in this critical stage. The goal is to “fullfil the specifications at a minimum cost”.

We work to make the casting process feasible with multicavity tools. In addition, we strive for reducing costly machining operations to the minimum.

Filling and solidification simulation. Starting from the customer’s requirements we apply our extense knowledge in Die-Casting process to optimise the product design during the simultaneous engineering phase.
