Tooling Development

This in-house process begins with the co-design of the product and spans over mass production stage by way of continuous improvement activities.

We perform both filling and solidification simulations to develope our toolings but we also benefit from this exercise to optimize the design of the product itself.

We try out different hypothesis through simulation while the first tooling construction work starts. Tool improvements during mass production are incorporated into the tool replacement process (retrofit effect).
